When can I expect my order?

We normally create and Produce your order in 2-3 days and is ready for local pickup. Orders are shipped next day after completion. (Larger orders may require more time) Although shipping times are out of our control, we will provide estimated shipping times from our couriers.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What is your return policy?

We cannot offer returns on custom orders. In stock items may be returned (at customers expense) although we assure that our product is of the highest quality. We package for shipping very carefully and rarely have breakage issues, therefore we are not responsible for breakage during shipping which is out of our control.

How do I care for my purchase?

All of our Ceramic Mugs are top rack dishwasher & microwave safe.

Enamel tin cups are Hand Wash Only.

Our Stainless Steel items (water bottles, coffee tumblers, wine tumblers) are double walled stainless steel, and come with a lid. They are NOT recommended for the dishwasher or microwave Please handwash and dry.

T-Shirts are machine washable. To preserve the design, wash inside out and hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat setting. T-shirts can be ironed with iron on low heat if needed, however do NOT iron the print unless using a press cloth with cool iron.

Why is Shipping so high?

Shipping rates are out of our control. We are constantly searching for more economical ways to ship and we charge exactly what we are charged. We do not charge any handling fees.
