Like the item Personalized, but prefer another saying or font?  Just contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

Customer service is very important to us. We welcome as many conversations as it takes to make sure we are on the same page as far as your order is concerned.

All orders are completed in our nonsmoking, small home studio. We do not ship your order to a print shop to complete. All orders are completed individually with great attention to detail. Please be aware there are no refunds for custom orders. We will confirm spelling etc. before we complete final print. Orders will be shipped out immediately after order is completed. We are not responsible for lost or late delivery which is out of our control.

Do you need a larger volume for your team or group, a wedding party or other special occasion, bridesmaids’ gifts, bachelorette, girl's night, or stag party? Please contact us for volume discounts for large orders.

Covid-19

 We take special precautions in all our orders and COVID-19 will not affect our production time. However, our couriers are experiencing high levels of shipping, therefore please expect delays. We are no longer guaranteeing arrival times for orders, please allow extra shipping time when purchasing, as we are not providing refunds due to shipping delays.

Shipping

In an effort to be as green as possible, we use clean recycled cardboard boxes when available and carefully wrap your order to safely ship and minimize breakage.  We will ship internationally! Shipping charges are based upon Weight, Size, and Canada Post postal rates in most cases. We will combine items for shipping. Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any additional duties or VAT that could be charged in addition to shipping charges.
